Not everyone needs an updated brand or written marketing plan, sometimes it is a fresh set of eyes and time spent with your team tweaking systems to improve performance. Jaclyn personally visits her clients and spends time evaluating their office, training the staff and working together to improve case acceptance, scripting and internal systems.
This hands-on approach allows Jaclyn to work beside the staff to further become a part of your team. This also allows for one-to-one meetings with the doctor(s) to identify key areas where changes can improve office productivity and production.
